Meet Our Team



Shelby (Office Manager):

Shelby has always had a passion for working with animals. She first started by volunteering with large animal veterinarians in her home town of Longview, TX. From there she attended Stephen F. Austin University and majored in Animal Science. She then transferred to Cedar Valley's Vet Tech Program in Dallas and received her Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology. She started working in the veterinary field in February of 2010 and has grown from kennel to technician to receptionist. Her special interests include client education and surgery. Outside of work she enjoys horseback riding, traveling, camping, and spending time with loved ones.    




Secret (Registered Veterinary Technician):

Secret made the right career choice after earning her title as a Registered Veterinary Technician in 2008 from Ogeechee Technical College in Georgia. Her love for all animals was inherited from her grandmother Oma, and she strives to make all of her patients feel comfortable and cared for. She truly loves all aspects of the veterinary field, especially physical therapy. Outside of work she enjoys fishing, kayaking, staying active in church,  and spending time with her husband and two kids. She currently has two dogs, "Jake" and "Emma", a cat named "Ned", and a bearded dragon named "Roxanne."



Ashley N (Receptionist):

Ashley has always had a love for large-breed dogs. When her family moved here from New York she was able to start her collection and currently has a German shepherd "Cali" and Golden Retriever named "Beau". She started in the veterinary field in December of 2015 and decided to take a short break to work with children. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her growing family and reading.


Erin (Receptionist)

Erin (Receptionist):

Erin grew up in Shreveport and spent her summers on her grandparent’s farm. Her love for animals grew at a young age. She graduated from LSUS in December 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies. She joined the veterinary field in October 2017 and enjoys every aspect of it. In her spare time she enjoys crafting, baking, spending time with her husband and their 2 cats “Amira” and “Moose” as well as their two dogs “Willow” and “Princess Honey Cupcake.”


Molly (Technician Assistant)

Molly (Technician Assistant):

Molly has always had a love for animals. She graduated from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, TX in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science. She later moved to Shreveport where she worked in medical billing. In October 2017 she decided to pursue her love of animals and started working in the veterinary field. Her special interests include acupuncture, large breed dogs, and rabbits. In her free time she enjoys traveling, crafts, and spending time with family and friends, and her dog “Remi” who travels with her.

Annie (Veterinary Technician)

Annie is a recent graduate of Louisiana Tech University where she received her Bachelor of Animal Science with a concentration in Pre-Veterinary Medicine. She is a native of Louisiana but briefly lived in Texas after grade school. She moved back to the piney woods after getting engaged to her soon to be husband. Annie has worked and volunteered in the field since she was 12 years old. She will be pursuing her dream by starting her degree in veterinary medicine in August of 2019. She truly enjoys every aspect of veterinary medicine and loves to research new techniques and findings in the field. In her free time Annie enjoys being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and spending time with her family; including her turtle “Milton Corndog”. 

Alyssa (Technician Assistant)

Alyssa has always loved animals from a young age. She grew up volunteering at local shelters and rescues and was a part of animal clubs throughout grade school. She truly found her passion when she started working in the veterinary field in March of 2017. Alyssa plans on attending school to become a Registered Vet Tech. Her special interests include learning more about acupuncture and eastern medicine in animals and humans. In her free time, she loves to take her son to his grandparent's farm, cook, bake, rad, play music, see local shows, and spend time with her loves ones. 

Rachel (Technician Assistant)

Rachel graduated from Louisiana Tech University in May of 2018 with a degree in Biological Sciences. She started working in the veterinary field in August of 2018. Rachel aims to become a DVM with a specialty in Oncology. Her special interests includes pursuing biomedical research as a clinician scientist. She enjoys gardening, baking, video games, and spending time with her family back in her hometown in South Louisiana.
